Only some footsteps away from the Guggenheim, not more than 20min along the river to reach the old town. Friendly and kind staff all around the hotel (reception, bar, cleaning staff). Modern and chique but not too much luxury. Room spacious and comfortable. Breakfast offers many options for every taste (fresh eggs and pancake included, vegan and gf options). Will definitely book again.

The hotel was excellent overall. Staff were pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The location was perfect for visit to close-by Guggenheim and a concert that evening in the Euskalduna Concert Hall. Breakfast was high quality.

Absolutely one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in. Right on the square so easy for bars and restaurants. Everything made super easy by our host Patricia, fantastic communication and also let us stay an extra few hours as we had an evening flight.
