I was here in 2020 in full Covid-19 period, and I’ll always remember the staff’s professionalism and friendliness in very uncommon and difficult circumstances at that time. So I came back and I was again very pleased by the staff’s warm welcome, the underground parking space, the big and comfy room and the top restaurant. I’ll be back soon!

Everything. The room had everything I needed. A fridge, coffee machine, they even provided a kettle at my request. Kitchen also had a microwave and stove top, I didn’t cook but could have if I wanted to. There was even a steamer in the wardrobe to give my clothes a once over after they’d been in my case. The location is PERFECT. Walking distance to everything. Guggenheim, shops, there’s bars and restaurants nearby, pastelerias. The old town is not far and I even went to an event at Bilbao arena and walked there though the area I cut through didn’t feel that safe to come home through so I took the bus right back to behind the hotel. Really had a great stay here and would recommend anybody wanting to be in the centre to consider a stay here, especially for the price.

Excellent location at the heart of the old town and within walking distance from the main city landmarks. Our host was very attentive to all details, including breakfast and cleaning. The room was large enough for two people with a good view of the lively square that seems to be always busy.
