We were lucky to stay at this wonderful hotel! This is a unique case when I liked absolutely everything! Wonderful, responsive, very friendly staff, like one big family! Very beautiful rooms, it is obvious that the design was done by a man with good taste, everything is thought out to the smallest detail! Very clean, daily cleaning, always water, luxurious mattresses, we had a good sleep!! Excellent breakfasts, very tasty and varied, the menu, which is included in the price of breakfast, the dining room itself and the patio outside - great!
The location of the hotel is simply ideal - La Rambla is around the corner and everything is within walking distance! I would like to wish you prosperity and growth! Thank you very much for such a vacation! We'll definitely be back!

And now I will tell you what happened.
After leaving the hotel, I remembered that I had left a birthday presents on the table in the room (coupon for the spa and 100 euros). I contacted the hotel administration via email. They confirmed that the cleaner found my gifts and left everything at the administration. Also, she additionally found a sweater that I forgot. Over several letters, we agreed on how I could get the coupon, money and sweater back. I got everything back in two days, even though I had already returned to Lithuania. I am very grateful to both the cleaning lady, who could have pretended that she didn't find anything, and the hotel management, who were very helpful and helped me recover what was mine.
