The apartment was very large, comfortable and quiet with a well-stocked kitchen and exceeded my expectations. The host was really friendly and helpful with lots of advice for eating, shopping, things to do, etc. The host left water and a chocolate bar which was a nice touch.

Everything was amazing. We had a very relaxing time at kiroseiz. They have great facilities. The staff was great especially Ms Madonna, she was very accommodating and helped us in the best way possible. She was very kind and lovely to talk to. Lovely rooms, very nice food and pool. If the hotel had all their staff like barsoum, in the reception there would be no complaints. They offered an upgrade to meet our expectations and made sure we had a lovely stay.
