Amazing huge place,, facilities are great, service is top quality with special thanks to Wael who helped us beyond our expectation in a matter was not his job while our luggages delayed and he recovered them all. I loved everything about it! It was my first trip to Egypt where I met my parents whom I had not seen for a long time! We had a great time together! Really liked the staff, they helped with everything! Delicious food, very beautiful hotel itself! It was 10-15 minutes by taxi to the city centre.
