This place is sensational! Perfect family holiday. Lots for the whole family. From aqua gym to foam party and bingo and free mini golf, this really is an exceptional resort. Food was also amazing with so much variety. It was hard to choose!

I really liked the idea of benefiting from activities and restaurants in both hotels, and the staff`s courteous behavior is very helpful with anything you request. Especially the receptionist Mr. Mina, was extremely respectful and cooperative. In the main restaurant, The Palm, I would like to thank Chef Hamada Abdullah.

This hotel has everything you need ,the staff it's nice and helpful.Its very clean ,the food it's good ,nice spa .I had the best experience whit Sara she give me the best massage. 👌 I also booked some excursion whit the hotel and everything went very well having fun whit the atv and doing dive on the best natural aquatic Parc.I will definitely come back there .

Hotel overall was very good. Food was good, room was always clean. Staff extra friendly and helpful specially Mohamed Adel. He helped us with day trips, everything we needed in the resort and most important he became our friend.

Everything was great, just like the first time. The staff is courteous, friendly and always ready to help. One day I felt bad, I came to the dining room in the evening to take honey and lemons, but there was no honey, so the employee, unfortunately I don’t know his name, made me juice and brought honey, although honey you can get only in the morning. God bless you good man💕🙌 The internet seems to be getting better. Next time will be here for sure🌈🥰🎊
