All the facilities are very well keeped. There was a part that was on renovation with no impact on the guests. The best part it was the staff of the Sentido Beach. Ahmed from Sentido Beach Bar was absolutelly great. He do more than his responsabilities of the bar. He wants that every guest are happy and enjoy the hotel. He manage to anticipate our needs and sometimes, he bring us water even we didn't request... Also, from Sentido Beach Mohamed, life guard was great. Always helpeing and seen if we are enjoying the place. For sure, the 2 best employes from Sentido Oásis Resort!

Good location, the hotel is on the shore, the coral sea is very beautiful. Hotel environment is very good and provided rich and diverse dining choices. There are several heated pools. Very good room condition. Overall I would recommend to our friends to come again.

It has 27 swimming pools, 10 children's pool & 17 Adults Pool, this all-inclusive hotel is part of Aqua Park City. It has 8 swimming pools, 3 children's pool and 64 different water slides.

I had a great experience. The service was excellent; the waiters, cleaners, and receptionists were all very kind and helpful. Every day there were different and entertaining recreational activities to enjoy. Sliding down the water slide was definitely a highlight! The hotel is safe, clean, and very pleasant.
