This was our third stay at this hotel, and as always, everything was exceptional. A special mention goes to Mr. Ahmed Khaled and Mr. Ramadan at the reception, who went above and beyond to ensure a very comfortable and enjoyable stay for our entire family. We must also commend the staff at the main restaurant, the staff at the beach restaurant, the room service team, the porter who assisted with our luggage — all were incredibly helpful and attentive. The staff’s constant smiles create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. One of the features we love most about this hotel is its private beach located within the hotel premises, eliminating the need to leave the property. It’s perfect for a stress-free holiday. The beach is mostly sandy, but water shoes are useful if you explore the area for a good snorkeling spot to admire the beautiful Red Sea fish. We had an excellent stay once again and are already looking forward to returning next summer. This hotel has truly become our family’s favorite in Sharm El Sheikh!

What I like ? Like every thing seriously. From first minute I arrived I found all body here smiling . Reception team is very friendly. Also team of restaurants like this smiling . The service in restaurant and all bars great and wonderful 💯💯💯💯.

The experience was exceptional the service and value for money is definitely a recommendation. All my respect to all staff for their great service and hospitality, Miss Salwa at the reception made sure my stay was zero issues checking on me on daily basis, I would like to thank her so much for the great service I felt really spoiled.
