The entire team at the hotel were fantastic. Motaz and all the guys at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming, the cleaning staff very professional and prompt to help with extra requests and Abdel Naser and the kitchen team were always ready to accommodate my dietary needs. It’s hard to describe the feeling of being in such a historic space, surrounded by that artistic legacy, yet enjoying all the comfort of a modern, well-maintained property. From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless. The staff welcomed me like family — not guests — and Hager in particular was beyond exceptional. She personally upgraded me to a beautiful Nile-view suite, immaculately clean and full of character. Every detail around the villa feels warm and personal: the polished vintage décor, the quiet ambiance, and the genuine hospitality that makes you feel like you belong there, not like a stranger in a hotel. Hager deserves a special mention for her dedication. Every question or request I had, she handled with genuine care and deep attention — from finding a nearby gym to arranging laundry, calling restaurants for reservations, and even discussing my experiences in Cairo’s attractions. She listened, followed up, and always made sure I was getting the best experience possible. Would I stay again? Absolutely — this place truly feels like home.
