Location is really great, easy access to all major attractions plus great entertainment & restaurants within walking distance at night. The rooms were neat, contemporary and clean..beautiful facilities at the hotel! People mentioned that Zamalek was noisy but I didnt experience that at all...actually quite quiet relative to rest of Cairo. The staff was truly amazing, friendly and helpful at all hours of the day! Special mention to Abd el Nasser for making breakfast time an absolute treat! I honestly couldn't have asked for anything better. This level of service and accommodation would be over 5 times more expensive in continental Europe.

Our stay was great. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is new and charming, everything was in good condition and clean. The area where it's located has the embassies and therefore is safe, you feel protected and you find different cafes and restaurants in the vicinity.
