The hotel is luxurious and elegant, The general atmosphere is great،the room is spacious and its decorations are beautiful and very clean, the room service is excellent , the restaurants in the hotel are varied I like the food especially the oriental restaurant, the hotel is close to Cairo Festival City Mall, and it has tennis and padel courts, everything was excellent and I especially want to thank Ms. Lina, Director of the Guest Service Department, because she always contacted me to confirm my stay and if I needed anything 🌸

I had an amazing 10-night stay at Munir's place! The staff on-site were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything. The villa is absolutely stunning and spotless, located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Hamada, the night guard, was especially wonderful—always available to help, collect deliveries, and ensure everything ran smoothly. His professionalism and kindness really stood out. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Gorgeous place! We had a great stay at Munir's Residence. The Villa from the outside is beautiful and the rooms are even better. New modern furniture, spotless clean, and very spacious. It's even better than the pics provided here. The bed was comfortable and there was even a small seating area and a fridge. The room is actually better than most hotel rooms and for this price? You've got yourself a great deal!

Highly recommended! Only place we will stay at on our next trip.

I had a wonderful stay at HomTel! The place was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Mohammed, who was absolutely fantastic.
