I had a truly wonderful experience at Prime Residence Heliopolis.
The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating – they made me feel welcome from the first moment.
The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed.
I felt safe, comfortable, and truly enjoyed my time there.
The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay, and the location is excellent – very central and close to everything. It was easy to reach shops, services, and transportation.
I was very happy during my stay and I will definitely choose this hotel again whenever possible.
I would gladly return anytime.

Very big and clean and good location high class apartment.
Push Luxury ultra comfortable recommended indeed and very huge.
You'll find everything you'll need in there WiFi TV etc..Big thanks to Mr.kareem very polite decent gentleman so helpful and a very nice guy he will make sure everything is okay and he will make you feel like family.

This apartment is located in a great residential place with access to a bar and the swimming pool. The apartment is very spacious, with a great terrace, very clean and has all the comforts! A very convenient stay to head to the airport then (you can book a cheap ride with Uber). We travelled with a baby and we got also a crib free of charge.

Very good location close to the airport. We were just spending a night in transit between Hurghada and Paris. The apartment is a 15-minute cab ride from Cairo airport. Our host got in touch with us 10 days before and made sure we could get to the apartment without any problems, via WhatsApp, even though we arrived at 1:00 am. The apartment is very large and very pleasant. We would have liked to enjoy it a little more.
