We had a wonderful stay at the Turquoise Pyramids Palace! We spent a full week there and were very sad to leave. The hotel director and every member of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay special. Our family room was spacious and had a big terrace. The hotel will clean your room every day, but you have to request it at reception as the staff won't enter your room without your permission. The hotel's garden and pool area were the absolute highlight for us. Everything is beautifully maintained, and you will see the hotel staff throughout the day watering and taking care of the outdoor space, making it a true oasis. We spent almost all evenings there enjoying food, freshly pressed juices and of course shisha! We would absolutely recommend the Turquoise Pyramids and would definitely stay there if we were to visit Cairo again.

Excellent stay. Was warmly greeted by Sam and his daughter. They made our stay very pleasant as they were warm and welcoming. Had 2 spacious rooms. Location is so convenient if planning to visit pyramids as its right opposite as especially after spending hours in the intense heat you will want to freshen up after visiting the pyramids.
Stunning view of pyramids from rooftop where you can relax and also eat breakfast.
Food from menu ordered during dinner was also very tasty.
Overall excellent stay. Would highly recommend.

We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and had a lovely 3-night stay. The location is very close to the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum—about a 10–15 minute drive, and the hotel helped arrange free transportation, which made everything so easy and stress-free, especially since it was our first time in Egypt. The front desk staff, Marina and Ahmed, were super kind and helpful, and the restaurant team was also very friendly. We truly felt at home and would love to stay longer. Highly recommended for families!

Everything from start to finish was a great experience. The hosts were very nice and will make sure your time here is well spent. The rooftop offers a beautiful view on 2 Pyramids, alongside a rooftop bar. The room was very clean, better than the pictures shown. They even gave us a good bye gift and insisted to take our luggages to the taxi, providing all the information we needed for our Cairo endeavors.

The staff were nice, especially Roudina at the reception, she was very helpful and friendly. The room was good and everything worked fine. The view of the pyramids in the evening was something special. Breakfast was okay, simple but enough. Nothing to complain really, we had a good stay.
