The rooms were very wide particularly the room where my children stayed, it has a balcony with a wide sitting area. The presence of water cooler in each room is a brilliant and nice facility particularly in summer. All the staff are friendly.

The hotel is very clean and comfy although it might not seem that way from the outside.
This was our oasis in the busy Cairo, the staff is very helpful and friendly, rooms are clean and quite modern, and if you lack something, you can always turn to the hotel staff that is always ready to help.
A room view of the pyramids is absolutely perfect and the same goes for the rooftop restaurant, that offers delicious food (although some traditional Egyptian food would be great) & drinks, we recomend the fresh juices!
If staying for more nights, the free pick up from the airport is really nice. The location is great with pyramids & GEM nearby and small store to by water or other basics.
