First, let's be clear. This is Egypt, Cairo, not a European/American place. The hotel is not a 5-star luxury hotel but you will feel that you stay in a hotel like that.
We booked 4 nights here. The hotel was clean all the time, and we had no problem. The service you get here for the money is absolutely worth it.
And we have not talked about the staff yet. Oh my gosh, we loved them. This is the biggest advantage of the hotel. We hate it when the staff is rude, boring, unpolite and not helping the guests. But here it was a kinda unique experience how enthusiastic they were to fulfill our wishes and help us to feel more comfortable during our holiday. We appreciate the staff's job. Thank you very much for everything.

Excellent location,five minutes from Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum. We felt safe as there was constant police presence right at the door of the hotel.The hotel is spotlessly clean and the furniture is brand new and of good quality.In the common spaces there was a feeling of cosiness and relaxation.The staff were very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was also to our liking,including fresh fruit every morning.
