I had an extraordinary week at KaiSol Romance in Sahl Hasheesh, Hurdagha, Egypt. The receptionists, Ibrahim and Mohamed, were outstanding—attentive, polite, and extremely friendly. The entire staff, from the restaurant to the room makers, provided exceptional service at high standards. The hotel boasts fantastic facilities like the gym and spa. The beach, impeccably clean, is attended to by a wonderful staff. Rooms are spotless, food is excellent, and the overall service is exceptional. A truly memorable stay that I highly recommend!

I liked the elegance of the hotel. The small details in customer care, such as fresh water on the beach and towels to cool off on the beach. The entire hotel was well maintained and luxurious. I enjoyed all the comforts of the beach and not having to worry about beach towels, as they were always available. I also liked having fruit available in your room. As a suggestion: have an entertainment team with distractions and party themes. After all, some people like that. The offer available does not match the grandeur of the hotel.

Everything was perfect it felt like a beautiful dream. Rooms were super clean, the pool and beach were spotless and relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious and different every day! All the staff were kind and helpful, especially Moataz at the reception he was amazing and made us feel very welcome. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Boulos for his kindness and great service. I am absolutely in love with this hotel. Everything—literally everything—is perfect: the design, the location, the beach, and especially the food. The variety of food here is unbelievable, and everything is delicious. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious, extremely clean, and beautifully designed. Pools are everywhere, creating a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere throughout the resort. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the service and the professionalism of the staff, it’s on another level. Special thanks to Mr. Nader, who personally came to check on us and made sure we were enjoying every moment of our stay. Salwa, she is incredibly kind, always smiling, attentive to every detail, and Wassila took great care of everything we needed. Aymen from housekeeping also did an excellent job. Honestly, every staff member contributed to making this experience unforgettable. To conclude, if you are looking for luxury, comfort, perfect food, an amazing beach, and truly professional service, El Kasr is the destination you are looking for. Great little studio apartment! It was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, the shower had an excellent water pressure and last but not least the beautiful balcony with sea-view needs to be mentioned. The studio also has a little kitchen, a big fridge/freezer combo, washing machine, AC and a flatscreen TV with couch. The Azzurra Resort is beautiful and will be even more so once all the construction in the area is done (wasn't too much though). Directly below the appartement is the La Rocca restaurant where you get great food for a very reasonable price served by extremely friendly waiters. The studio is 20min by foot away from the beach, but you can rent a golf cart in town which makes life a bit easier there. The contact with the studio owner Adel was always friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great stay!

The communication with host Karem was very easy and we got all the informations we need from him. The facilities are fine, inside a secured resort with huge swimming poles and an Italian restaurant, cafe, bar. Unfortunately we stayed only half a day as we have to catch our flight around 02:40, next time hope to stay more.
