The hotel was everything we wanted for our stay. What surprised us the most was the cleanlines of everything, not just the rooms. It shows age of the structure but everyrhing is well taken care of and not at all in bad shape. We stayed in the swim up suite and I can't recommend it highly enough. The adult only areas of the hotel are a godsend, we stuck to those as they were less crowded and less noisy. The teppanyaki and the egyptian restaurants were really good to eat at. The staff was also very nice to everyone When we requested a late check-out they gave it to us free of charge. The service in the a-la-carte and the pool restaurant was exceptional I have to say. All in all a great stay and we would visit again sometime.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The room was spacious and equipped with everything I needed. I also appreciated the on-site amenities, including the 5 à la carte restaurants which added a lot to the overall experience. The staff was extraordinary - friendly, competent and efficient. Maria in Guest Relations stands out (extremely professional and friendly) as well as Mahmoud Ali who took care of our room # 1234 and went out of his way to make our stay memorable, the pool attendant and lifeguard Mostafa who apart from arranging our sunbeds with a smile even cleaned our sunglasses and iPads! 😄. Also Hany in the poolbar was outstanding. From the excellent restaurants we can mention Alaa and Ahmed from the pool/Oceanic/Indian restaurant and Ali from the main restaurant. Also Hammad at the reception was very helpful. The bed in our room was fantastic.

Great little studio apartment! It was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, the shower had an excellent water pressure and last but not least the beautiful balcony with sea-view needs to be mentioned. The studio also has a little kitchen, a big fridge/freezer combo, washing machine, AC and a flatscreen TV with couch. The Azzurra Resort is beautiful and will be even more so once all the construction in the area is done (wasn't too much though). Directly below the appartement is the La Rocca restaurant where you get great food for a very reasonable price served by extremely friendly waiters. The studio is 20min by foot away from the beach, but you can rent a golf cart in town which makes life a bit easier there. The contact with the studio owner Adel was always friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great stay!

The communication with host Karem was very easy and we got all the informations we need from him. The facilities are fine, inside a secured resort with huge swimming poles and an Italian restaurant, cafe, bar. Unfortunately we stayed only half a day as we have to catch our flight around 02:40, next time hope to stay more.
