There was literally nothing negative about this property, ok the wifi was messing around but hey, who needs wifi if you are on vacation😂 On a serious note, this was one fabulous vacay, from the staff at the reception, housekeeping and management, everybody was just on point and always willing to assist. The food wow, entertainment was endless fun, waterpark, beach, kids waterpark was just all wow🫶🏾 I will be back again for sure🫶🏾

Our stay there was really nice. The staff in reception Victoria and Ahmed were very friendly and they helped us with the check in. Mr. Mohammed upgraded our room to the suite with jacuzzi. The food was good. The snorkeling was beautiful with a variety kinds of fishes. They have wonderful views and beautiful gardens

Everything was amazing, from the check in day until check out day, the stuff is amazing and always smiling, rooms are big "Family size" privacy is guaranteed, too many options in the main restaurant "Shahrazad" the Bedouin restaurant is also worth to try, they have a nice football bar for football fans, beach is awesome and proper for kids it's not hard at all to find a place for you in the beach, aqua is amazing for kids and young people, i will for sure come back and probably very soon!

We are staying at this hotel for the second time, and we enjoy it just as much as before. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are always clean, and the territory is large and well-maintained. There are six restaurants on site, so for dinner you can choose whatever you like. The entrance to the sea is from a pontoon, and the coral reef is incredibly beautiful.
