Aguapark, Lunapark, the variety of foods, the shows at night, everything, the best resort I've visited so far.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, we especially loved it's beautiful coral reef and super friendly staff. Territory was also pleasant and well maintained. Food was good, too, had high variety of the dishes.

The staff, the property (room and pools, beaches, restaurants), the helpfulness of everyone at the hotel and the all inclusive aspect is definitely worth it

We just returned from a week's holiday in this hotel (2 adults, 2 children). The All positive reviews of this hotel are absolutely correct, this is a great place to stay, we highly recommend. Few points to mention: 1. Friendliness of the staff. This has exceeded our expectations. Whatever issue we had, it was immediately resolved with no hassle. The personnel is extremely polite at all levels - from a porter to reception manager. We have never seen anyone with a grumpy or annoyed look during our stay. This is impressive as it shows that hospitality is not just a buzzword for the management but a key value. Our children were also surrounded by smiles and care. 2. Facilities. there is everything for a family stay, a great aquapark with around 15 slides, several swimming pools, 7 restaurants, a beach, a gym (surprisingly well-equipped). Everything is also conveniently located so you don't need to walk too long (important with the young kids). 3. Food. Fresh, varied, tasty - there is something to everyone's taste. We did not even have time to visit all a-la carte restaurants. The ones we visited served tasty food (ok, obviously it's not the same Italian as in Italy in the Italian restaurant but it's good enough). Do visit the Bedouin restaurant though, the food there completely blew us away, it was one of the best cooked grilled meat that I have ever eaten in my life. Service at all restaurants is quick and efficient 4. The beach. A lovely sandy beach, very clean and well-kept (you can literally eat that sand, there is no dirt or garbage there). Shallow entrance to the water which is ideal for young children. There are 2-3 small coral reefs at the beach but of course to do some serious snorkelling you need to go somewhere else (we did not so can't comment on that). There were always enough sunbeds on the beach, you don't need to do a mad rush before breakfast to reserve spots, we never had any issues regardless of when we arrived there.

The hotel was everything we wanted for our stay. What surprised us the most was the cleanlines of everything, not just the rooms. It shows age of the structure but everyrhing is well taken care of and not at all in bad shape. We stayed in the swim up suite and I can't recommend it highly enough. The adult only areas of the hotel are a godsend, we stuck to those as they were less crowded and less noisy. The teppanyaki and the egyptian restaurants were really good to eat at. The staff was also very nice to everyone When we requested a late check-out they gave it to us free of charge. The service in the a-la-carte and the pool restaurant was exceptional I have to say. All in all a great stay and we would visit again sometime.

The first thing you notice about the property is its stunning Aesthetic beautiful pools, beach and facilities. The resort boasts 7 restaurants and leaves little to be desired. Upon check in my partner and I immediately decided the 2 days we had booked weren’t enough…that’s when we learned the resort wasn’t just pretty pool bars and beautiful balconies the staff at the resort were without fault. Specifically Ahmed Adel (we asked his last name bc there are many 🙂) Ahmed helped us smoothly book another night and made everything in our stay feel like it was his pleasure to assist with. With his above and beyond attitude and welcoming attitude it was hard not to believe him when he “welcomed us home”. The staff also periodically checked in with us from the house keeping to managers and bar keeps always asking us if everything was going well. It’s clear that the service is just as high as the beautiful vision of the resort and we are already planning our next stay.

Excellent place, nice private beach with a reef very convenient for snorkelling. We saw many fish and a turtle. Very delicious food both in the main restaurant and in the five a la carte restaurants. Good entertainment program every evening. We also tried spa- very good as well. Staff - amazing and super helpful. We’ll be back :)
