We stayed at the hotel for one week. It was very well suited for families, with plenty of activities and entertainment for children. Overall, everything was really very good. I would especially like to praise the staff – they were extremely helpful and friendly, always smiling and very willing to assist. We were also pleasantly surprised by the variety of food: the food was excellent, tasty, and there was a wide selection to suit every taste. In addition, while there were many activities for children, there were slightly fewer options for adults or older guests. For example, evening dancing or music could last longer, and it would be nice to have more games or activities designed for adults. Despite these small shortcomings, our overall impression was very positive, and we have already recommended this hotel to our friends.

This property was everything. I loved every single thing. We had a butler, it was an all inclusive package. The resort is huge, Iv never seen anything like it before. Really loved and enjoyed my stay here. Hany made sure we were taken cared of.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel in Makadi Bay. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They were incredibly attentive, always ready to help, and made our stay truly special. It was easy to go to excursions, or go by taxi anywhere (you can book taxi next to the reception or on WhatsApp), everything was smooth and stress-free. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety to satisfy every taste. Our room was spotless, and the breathtaking view from our balcony was the perfect way to start and end each day. It was the ideal place to relax and recharge. If you’re looking for a well-organized, hassle-free, and peaceful getaway, this hotel in Makadi Bay is a perfect choice. We can’t wait to come back!

This is definitely the nicest hotel I have ever been to. I only can recommend it to everyone. It is extremely clean, good location, people are very very friendly and helpful. No wishes stay unnoticed and reacted. Food is excellent, service is perfect. Karem, our room attendant is particularly precise and committed to make our room clean and spotless.

We went in offseason so it was pretty quiet and nice. Just too bad we didn't have enough time to enjoy the facilities and program. But they had few programs at night and during the day.

The resort is amazing, and the rooms were net and clean with fantasticsea view. The team was very kind, helpful, and friendly, especially Mahmoud fattouh and the reception team who made this trip non forgetable. It was very sad to leave this place but soon will return back to spend the next vacation.
