Our stay at Doubletree by Hilton Mangroovy was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is beautiful, new, and very well maintained, but what made our experience truly exceptional was the staff. Nour at the reception went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable from the very first moment. He is incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was always kept clean. Breakfast was plentiful and served perfectly. The hotel had a great atmosphere, mainly thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Ahmed Achref for his consistently pleasant service, and to Karim at the reception for his warm hospitality. The hotel's location—right in front of the cable ski lake—is unique, and the seating on the sandy shore was exceptional.

Hotel itself was beautiful, the fact there are only 11 rooms make it feel very relaxed and intimate for couples. Food is exceptional particularly breakfast, great spa, staff are very attentive, complimentary daily mini bar is a nice touch as is the free laundry service. it’s not walkable to centre of El Gouna but can easily get a tuk tuk so actually to be out the way a bit is a plus.
