The staff was very nice and helpful. The location excellent only 2min. to Grand Plaza. And every evening they offered courses for free like beer or ccoa tasting dance course and lots more.

Room was good. It's a refurbished older building but done up very well. Breakfast was very good and a great view from the roof top dining area. The place is very secure and always attended. Quiet location on a small street with only foot traffic. Close to restaurants and cafes and the old part of Quito. Staff were exceptional in providing information and assistance. Run by younger, folk but they could teach most other hotel operators a thing or two about good customer care and service.

We loved our stay here and will come back if we are ever in Quito again. The staff, food, rooftop, nearby laundry, and activities including free walking tour were exceptional. We felt very looked after by the staff, and it was the perfect place to explore old town from. We went in the free walking tour and Paulo was a great guide. We ate market fruit, learned some history, went chocolate tasting and walked through the beautifully preserved old streets.

The hotel was managed by Mario and Blanca. They're very warm, friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated and centrally located. We can walk to town and sightseeing spots in 5-10mins.

Really nice boutique hotel in the city center of Quito. We had a room with view and it was really amazing at the morning/evening. Rooms were not so big, but very clean. Atmosphere in the hotel was like we stay at home, also other guest were really friendly. The main square was 5 minute walk from hotel, and small shops and restaurants like 50 meter from it. Hernan and Gloria were really nice and ready to help you with everything. Breakfast was freshly prepared each day and were delicious, also they have an vegeterian option. Hernan offer us a free city tour and it was really fun with him, he knows quite a lot about churches. Also he helped us to buy local sim cards and share the tips to travell around Ecuador.
