The atmosphere, architecture, decorations, paintings, comfortable bed, the lights in the room, wooden floor, garden view from the vindow, beautiful garden, helpful staff, ladies in the restaurant, breakfast with 2 choices and different everyday. activities arranged if you'd like to join, lots of common areas, purified water, etc. Great location in historic center, We felt happy and comfortable, and they care about what you need. On our first night we had a concern but following morning, they apologized nicely.

The staff were fantastic and helpful, the breakfast was superb and the view brilliant. Walking distance to the old city and basilica but catch an uber back as it is on a steep hill!

The guy working there, sorry I don’t know his name, was excellent. Really helpful, kind and a wonderful asset to the hotel. He was running reception, porter, cook, made my early breakfast, concierge, he did everything and very well and always with a smile. Comfortable bed, nice facilities, lovely building. Close to centre
