A stunning hotel on the riverside right in the heart of Guayaquil's Historic Park. The rooms are large and well decorated, the service is excellent and the food - both at breakfast and in the various restaurants - is really good. By staying at the hotel you are located literally inside the park, which has a lot of flora and fauna as well as various old buildings that have been restored either as museums or in one case as an upscale restaurant. Guayaquil is very hot and humid, and the hotel felt like an oasis from the city and the heat. It has an orchid garden courtyard inside, a beautiful old chapel which is still active, and a very pretty and well appointed gym. We spent a lot of our stay in and around the hotel, and although it's definitely not cheap, we were extremely grateful to have booked it (we were stopping in Guayaquil on our way to Galapagos).

Set in a charming house in Samborondón, Casa García is located in the safest area of the city, within a private citadel next to the Historical Park and has 24/7 security.

The room was big, with a cozy living room and small balcony. It is a boutique hotel, with furniture well kept, matching nicely with the rest of the room, which is comfortable and modern.

Hotel is a bit more pricey than other options in Ecuador, but it offers very good quality. Room was comfortable, with great bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Staff is excellent and they are always very helpful. Hotel is very central and there is a guard at the entrance so you always feel safe. It is next to a mall, which is very convenient. Hotel has a restaurant and bar and they have a pick up service from the airport. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great hotel with great facilities that, unfortunately, we did not use. Pleasant hotel, close to the city center and airport. Big rooms with very comfortable beds. We used the free taxi service from the airport to the hotel and for 5$ from the hotel to the airport. Great breakfast buffet. Highly recommended
