I stayed in the room for 3 and it was very good room with outside view. I liked everything about the hotel. Just go and stay there. Probably you will not receive similar experience for that small amount of money anywhere else.

Excellent accommodation with parking just a few steps from the city center. The accommodation is tastefully furnished with a pleasant atmosphere and a very nice garden. It is very quiet, clean, with very comfortable beds. The host is very friendly and helps with everything you need. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel. Situated in the center of the city! Staff are so acomodating and friendly! Facilities are comfortable. Bed, pillows were so fantastic. Breakfast has no wide choice but it the same in all Equador.

Lovely old building, beautifully restored and decorated and comfortably furnished. Very convenient location, walking distance of everything, including the tram stop to the bus station and airport. Spacious bedroom, fabulously quiet, comfy bed, extensive buffet breakfast. Shared balcony with sofas and chairs to relax in the open air if, like us, you prefer to be outside in the daylight. Very pleasant, helpful and friendly staff. We were able to leave our bags after checking out and after a day exploring Cuenca relaxed in the hotel lounge for a couple of hours before our evening flight to Quito - so much nicer than waiting at the airport!
This hotel is the best we’ve stayed at in our four weeks in Ecuador and perfect for a two or three night stay.

One of the nicest hotels I ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated. The owner Franco is very friendly and serves a delicious breakfast every morning with a choice of different italian style coffee.
The neighbourhood is good. Only 3 blocks from the main attractions in the historical center. Franco’s place is highly recommended.

There was a good variety of foods for the breakfasts, fresh fruits, eggs, local Cuenca dish, breads and specialty rolls as well as granola and oats. Milk, yougert juice water and coffee. Staff were excellent and very friendly.
