Very central to the things we wanted to see/do while we were in Santo Domingo, Jhonny was an amazing host who helped us with everything we needed, recommended places to go for breakfast etc and offered to help us move our rental car if there was ever a space open in front of the hostal. Couldnt recommend it more if you’re going for a day or 2 to Santo Domingo

Hotel Villa Colonial is in a great location in Zona Colonial. It's in a safe area. The facilities are so beautiful, comfortable and retain a homey atmosphere. The Teams were all so welcoming and helpful. They speak different languages. Their strength is their desire to ensure you can enjoy your time while there. They have great attention to detail. Francky was endlessly helpful and informative so that we were able to make the most of our time in Santo Domingo, we can't praise him enough. The rooms were clean and tidy, spacious and comfortable. The hotel was centrally-located in the middle of the colonial zone and was a short walk to everything to see!

I had a superior suite so I had a balcony that I really enjoyed. It allowed me to have great views while having my morning coffee and also enjoy the city passing during the evening when having a nightcap. The staff were also extremely friendly and tried their hardest to communicate with me and gave me stellar recommendations.

The room is small but you know that when you book.but what makes up for that is the high ceiling and that it is light and there is a glass door to the communal terras. It feels cosy. There is a fridge in the pantry which we could use. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bed is comfortable. Good price quality.
