Loooved this place. Honestly I hadn’t stayed in a hotel that’s more hostel style since my early 20s but this place had good privacy, the price range was within our budget and the location was really good. I loved the entire experience. Enjoyed the sauna and thought it was really fun that you could change the mood of your bedroom with the light setup, the lockers are free so we got there early and managed to explore the city without having to carry our backpacks. The fact that you can do absolutely everything from checking in and getting a locker to getting a beer at the bar with the bracelet is sooo practical and cool. The bathrooms had enough space to not feel like it’s too crowded and the bed was very comfy. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Very good location, close to metro, Tivoli and Radhaus. Lobby was very stylish, breakfast delicous. Free cofee, filteted water and happy hour is a plus star. Motivation to use the staircase instead of the small elevator was also a big geg. :) I truelly love the atmosphere of the hotel.

Our stay at Urban House was amazing!! We really loved the common area where you can eat, chill and play games. There was a really cozy vibe to the place and it was really nice to see guests from different places and all ages! (the place is child friendly) The breakfast buffet had a good price and was really great, there were many options to eat. There is a big kitchen and nice eating area where you can prepare your own meals if you want. There are many area’s where you can just chill on a couch, play table football/foosball, they have board games you can borrow and also there was big screen on which they show soccer matches. The ambiance is really great, after a long day of exploring the city it’s really nice to just sit and relax in the common area. The staff was friendly and the room we stayed in was very comfortable. The room had everything we needed, bathroom was really nice and the room was quite spacious. Also the location was perfect! Urban House is right next to central station, so train and metro are really nearby. You could also easily walk to sights as Strøget, Tivoli and Nyhavn. A 7-11 is around the corner and also many restaurants and cafe’s are nearby. I can really recommend to stay at Urban House! If I will visit Copenhagen again I will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location. Close to train station and metro. Very friendly staff. They were very helpful and helped us.
Breakfast was nice, of course it could been more to choose from but for us it was more than enough. Clean and quiet area to enjoy breakfast. At reception it was possible to buy drinks. We will come back!

The hotel is in the centrum and is a perfect area for a vavation .the staff is very friendly and a great breakfast and comfortable rooms.
The location was very good for daytrips. Very close by is a beautiful park where you can make a relaxed walk.also close by the KB Hallen.

Great location, less than 5min from the Central Station and 10 to Tivoli. You can access the whole city through metro or train or even take a walk.
As for the hotel, the rooms are big if you have tons of luggage. You have USB ports and several outlets. The staff is polite and there were no issues.
If you need to leave your luggage when you check out, they offer lockers to rent (30dkk or 40dkk depending on the size)
All in all, if you are not bothered by small details, the hotel is great and deserves a 10
