The hotel is beautiful and the staff incredibly accommodating to myself and my elderly mother. The staff on duty during our stay could not have done more to assist us. They are a credit to the hotel.

I liked that the room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were also friendly, and I had a lot of paperwork to do, so I asked for it to be printed several times, and they all responded kindly. Breakfast is also excellent.

Great location, walking distance from the main attractions, close to restaurants, but in a very quiet area. Room was amazing and spacey and, the breakfast was one of the best ever.

It is a fantastic, intimate hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. The building is beautiful, situated in a picturesque and quiet Dutch quarter of Potsdam.
