The place is good for short stays and for people who want to experience a typical Bavarian house. The room looked very new: furnitures, beds, the bathroom (especially the shower), even the floor looked super new and barely used. Close to the place there is an amazing, friendly restaurant called Antons. The place is a few stops away from the city centre, but luckily very close to the U-Bahn. Also, the neighbourhood is very clean, friendly, safe and quiet, with several cafes and shops.

Very well connected thanks to very close S Bahn station. Nice and causey. Market downstairs had everything I need. Reception space is nice, clean and calm. You feel safe and at home. Good price in general.
