First of, we were very impressed with how professional this Hotel is. Shortage of staff is clearly not the case here. No matter if you look at the reception, the restaurant or the cleaning staff. You will always find some busy employees who are happy to help and naturally kind and friendly. The room was prefect, the beds comfortable, the cleaning staff excellent and attentive. Breakfast is a buffet for everybody. No matter if you have special needs because you’re Vegetarian or religious, the buffet has plenty of choice. We even received a lunch packet because we had to leave very early in the morning, before regular breakfast times. Even that contained plenty of snacks and sandwiches. The parking in front is huge and for free, also lightened up at night (as we had to find out in Germany in bad Hotels that’s not the case), so we were quite happy about that. In 5-10 minutes on foot you can reach the big shopping mall PC (Paunsdorf Center) or the tram station next to it with which you can reach the city center (ca. 30-40 mins until center). Access to the Autobahn is close and can be reached in around 5 minutes by car. The location is quiet and peaceful, from our neighbouring rooms we never heard any noise. Overall the best Hotel in Germany we visited so far! Can only recommend.

I can say that this place is in the best part of the city. Walking distance to everywhere. Central station, zoo, shopping mall, historical part of the city... everywhere is one step away. The reception is open 24 hours a day so one feels safe. The employees are very good people, ready to help at any time. Tickets for the city tour can be purchased there. Our room was very spacious. It had a well-equipped kitchen. We especially liked it - there was everything in the room for babies. Baby care table, small bathtub, baby toilet... The fact that they thought so carefully and in detail brought tears to my eyes.

AMAZING hotel, really! I can only recommend this place. Staff was nice and helpful, great tiny living hotel rooms with a lot of different features, free washing machine, free coffee/tee, great hang out spaces.
