We absolutely loved this place and suggestions it is better than the photos! The beds were brilliantly comfortable and everything was of excellent quality. 3 floors up, no elevator, but that is Europe!

Nicely decorated and comfortable. Balcony with river view. Location. Some nice touches from the owner like a drink in the fridge and blankets on the balcony which made it feel very welcoming.

The property was well maintained and very clean. It has sufficient space for four to six people. There is crockery/cutlery/glasses/mugs; electric kettle; hotplates & oven; microwave; toaster and coffee machine. We appreciated supply of washing-up liquid and tea/coffee/milk. The apartment is a short flat walk to the centre of the old town shopping precinct, and the confluence of the Moselle and Rhineland rivers. Parking is available in a nearby underground parking structure (80m). The apartment is located on the second floor via wide staircase (no elevator). The property’s photos accurately reflect the property. The check-in instructions were very good and easy to understand.

Lovely apartment which is well organised and clean. You must be prepared to climb the stairs but that was not an issue for us. The location was excellent right in the city and close to the river. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice location in the city, parking garage in front of the apartment, nice rooms. We used the apartment for a one night stay during travelling. Excellent location to visit Koblenz.

This apartment was brilliantly located on the edge of the old town and a 200m walk from the Rhine walk/promenade. Apartment was located in a quiet part of town, so a stay during Karneval season meant we did not hear the noise of any party-goers late at night. The hosts were great and very communicative via instant messaging. Collection of keys after a late arrival was very straightforward. Property was very well appointed with a kitchen full of everything you could want during a stay (large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, many utensils, lots of cups/glasses/plates,etc). Heating and hot water was very easy to operate and apartment remained comfortably warm throughout our stay. WiFi was fast enough for three persons to all use a mobile device and also stream Netflix on the large Smart TV. There are many plug points throughout the apartment (all fitted with child locks, which are easily removed) meaning there is no shortage of places to charge tech. The Apartment block itself felt very safe and the only other resident we met was very friendly. The apartment is located on the third floor but there is an elevator in the block, which meant you didn't have to struggle up stairs with luggage.
