What a great find. I was in Karlsruhe unexpectedly and just needed a place to stay. I didn’t do much research but in this occasion I totally lucked out. What a great hotel central, modern, comfortable and clean. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. I had a couple of nights here and I would definitely recommend. I also thought it was great value. I loved the way the elevator doors open directly onto the street - it’s so cool 😎.

The apartment and common areas were stunningly designed. It truly beat all expectations. The pool (billiards) room and piano room were especially awesome. At arrival, the woman behind the desk walked me to the right building when I looked confused. A+ service.
