Cozy and nice apartment located in Hannover city, 5-min walk from metro and grocery store. It was my second visit at Matthias’ property; Matthias was extremely responsive and supportive during my stay. The place was a 10 out of 10.

Wonderful, cozy place in a good location. Great host, easy communication. Rewe Supermarkt is next door. Easy to reach with public transport. Kitchen is well equipped. It is on the very upper floor without elevator. It didn’t bother us, but one should know before booking. We have enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

It was very comfortable. Only concern was no one in the bar. So had to wait to get a drink.

This hotel is situated amid beautiful green scenery in the centre of Hanover, between the New Town Hall and the Maschsee and Maschteich lakes.

Great location, just in front of the lake. If you take a walk along the lake you can find a nice restaurant on the water. It was a slight renovation during our stay but didn't hear anything. And i forgot my electric teeth brush but staff was so friendly and effective to send it back home to me, very appreciated :)

We ran the Hannover half marathon and stayed at the Mercure Hotel City. Basically just a stones throw from the start of the run. The room was spacious, the beds firm, the shower as you would wish it. Really friendly staff, despite the stress of an event weekend. And a wonderful bonus of a late checkout. I can really recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Although it is contactless and you don't see any of the staff, they're available via phone or email and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Nice peaceful location. Facilities, rooms, staff, breakfast and cafe were all great. Very relaxing. 5/10 min walk from train station to town or bikes to hire nearby to cycle round the lake or in to town.
