Perfect location just a few minutes from HafenCity University station but if you like walking is only 15-20 min to the center. Large, clean and quite rooms. Good place for kids. Lovely breakfast, fast free internet and free drink in the room. So sure if I go to Hamburg again JUFA Hotel HafenCity will be my first choice.

The personnel from the receptionists, waiters, staff are all friendly and accomodating. The room was big and comfortable with a beautiful view of the Elbe. I asked them to decorate the room because it was my boyfriend's birthday and they did so. My boyfriend was so happy with the surprise. We even had a complimentary bday cake. Thank you so much.

Great place. Building is in good condition. Rooms are pretty and neat. Location is very nice, very close to subway station and bus station. It is well connected to the sights and important places. Breakfast is really good. There are large selection of foods and everything is top quality and delicious. Staff is helpfull and polite.
