Very nice family owned, I presume, hotel in Bergedorf. A big comfortable bed in a nice designed clean room. The area has a lot of shops and restaurants and feels safe. A good and affordable breakfast for only 10 euro. Definitely worth the money.

Really incredible staff here. I lost my phone in an Uber and the girl behind reception desk was incredible. She was googling how to contact uber, allowing me to contact my family in the UK to get help. She even messaged from her private phone when the hotel phone could not make a call. It was above and beyond and she is a credit to the hotel. Also the smell of the hotel is incredible. I've asked many times what it is, but nobody is sure. If I could purchase a bottle of the airfreshener or room spray they use, i would in a heartbeat!
