People were very kind and helpful. Best for the price/performance. Close to Lidl and tram station is just a minute walk. Maybe about 100 metres or less. If you need halal food, you can take the tram and go to the city centre easily.

the hotel was a brazilian theme and was amazing, it had sounds of birds playing in the coridors and the decor was all brazilian, the owner loves brazil and the community there and is trying to replicate the passion he felt in brazil.
ther is a couple of restaraunts 5 mins away and a supermarket and chemist just opposite them too, the train station is a 10 minute walk. the local bars are people are all really welcoming and speak english well enough to get some food and beers. would 100% recomend staying here and we will be back in a couple of years on ouur next visit to Frankfurt

Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly. Carla kindly helped me with both check-in and check-out. As for breakfast, it was possible to request it on the same morning.
The only thing I would recommend is adding a note in the lobby stating that self check-in is only possible with a German card. It took me some time to fill everything out before I realized that payment by card credentials doesn't work.
