While one expects comfort and nice place from a hotel of this caliber, what truly set this place apart was the exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. Traveling with kids is challenging, but the team went above to ensure our family felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place.

The space was very cosy and it always felt like home when returning back from my daily activities.
The location of the property was perfect for me great proximities to the supermarket, buses and U-Bahn.

they had the room ready for us when we arrived and we arrived a little early staff where very cheerful and polite and jolly we had a choice of which floor we would like as there was seven floors we choice the 6 floor it had great view we had breakfast on the last morning and it was fabulous as we was departing till late that day and was able to leave our suitcases in a secure storage until we departed later that day which gave us a day where we could enjoy our last day in berlin then pick our cases up later the hotel bar and the lounge area was clean and tidy the bar staff was very polite and even help us with the german language which I new none but my partner new some but it was nice to learn some better ways of saying things thanks to the staff if I visit berlin again I would definitely choice that hotel again just a wonderful 4 nights at the hotel thank you to all the staff there

A quiet road but in a good position to use as a base to explore Berlin . Lots of nearby restaurants to try in the evening . Staff were very friendly , welcoming and efficient. Our room was spacious and had a lovely balcony . Breakfast was plentiful and varied …it set us up for the day . We have already recommended Hotel Bregenz to our friends .
