The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Particularly the bathroom had plenty of room and it also had two doorways, which was convenient as we were three people in two separate rooms. 5th floor was very quiet and the street beneath windows was fairly small an quiet. The major benefit was the central location.

The receptionists were quite polite, professional, helpful and helped with nuanced requests (i.e. instructions on how to use a a cable for internet). Room was designed by an artist. Nice to know that ARR supports local artists. Wish it was well kept (i.e. seems like things were taken from the design, sad!). Loved the velvet window shades, very luxurious look. I liked the little kitchennette, useful for ordering food to have in. The location was lively and happening, lots of really good cafes, restaurants, being in Mitte. I really like the option for both card access to the hotel but also number/digit entry into the room.
The mattress was excellent and super comfortable and firm. Had a great nights rest!
