Staff were welcoming and helpful (lent me an adapter when mine wasn't fitting in the socket). Room was beautiful, nice touches like dimmer light, comfy bed/nice sheets big smart TV, well decorated. The rest of the hotel was nicely decorated too, and the back garden was nice. I didn't try breakfast so can't comment on it, but overall loved it.

Very spacious room. Comfortable for a family. There is a removable partition wall between the sections which makes it possible for the kid to sleep and for the parents to relax. Blackout curtains, small kitchen with everything needed (incl. microwave oven). A bed for the kid was prepared separately and was very comfortable. The same as the bed for the parents. The room was very clean and cleaned up daily. The personnel was very friendly and nice. Despite the very central location the room is quite quiet. Brandenburg Gates are just 20 mins walking. Metro - right accross the road. We are really satisfied with the visit!
