The staff was exceptionally friendly, we had a delay and they stayed extra for us.
The accomodation was very clean and fresh renovated.
Everything we needed was there. We were with a small child and it was a quiet and smoke free environnement. If anyone need a real rest this is a true recommendation.
In the direct vicinity there are sone good restaurant and konditorei for good breakfast.
There is also a organic supermarket at 5min walk distance.
Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) is 10min walk, of course you may take the U-bahn or S-bahn within 1 min walk.
Charité is at 3 min walk. Perfect for anyone attending a medical conference.
Next time we are visiting Berlin, we surely would book again.

A wonderful accommodation on the Potsdamer Platz. Great, spacious and very-well-equipped suite. Comfy bed with a multiple choice of pillow and blanket options. Exceptionally nice and spacious bathroom with both huge tub and walk-in shower. Nice big balcony. Well-equipped and fully-stuffed kitchenette. Very clean and tidy. Quiet and with good blinds. Very nice and attentive staff. Very decent breakfast in a nice restaurant. Finally, a great lobby bar with tasty and interesting cocktails.

The apartment is simply stunning!!! Clean, everything is new!!! Last floor of the building, the view is breathtaking, all around the apartment there are large windows, lots of light will come in, it is fully equipped, it has everything. A huge balcony with plenty of seating and a barbecue. A few minutes' walk to public transportation, huge shopping centers and cultural centers (Museum Island) The staff is very nice, the staff helps and answers all questions quickly
