Cozy apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Clean, tidy and well decorated. Ideal for a single person or couple looking for a quiet area near rivers and a big lake, away from the city chaos and still with easy access to trams within one minute walk. A supermarket across the road and many bike lanes, parking and a petrol station. Rented a bike and this was a nice location for outdoors escapes from within the city to a nearby lake and rivers.

Breacfast costs 15 eur (children under 12 y. - for free). And it was just perfect! Good choice, very good for hotel with 3 stars. Eggs are perfect. good choice of tea. I was very surpriced with this kind of breacfast.

Hotel is very good in quite silnce qurtier od city. Close to schnellbahn and you can go to the city center. Very good breakfast, nice staff. Hotel has got parking. Room is comortable. We were very glad.

The staff here is wonderful. I met Rizwan at the reception staff desk around check-in at 11:40 pm and he was extremely helpful in printing me some documents later I needed tomorrow for my work. Kudos to staff behaviour! The property is new and therefore the cleanliness is quite visible. The facilities and comfort is like any Premier Inn property if you've stayed there. Overall a nice value for money with excellent staff for a 1-night stay.
