Conveniently located spacious apartment, very clean and well thought through. Downtown is easily reachable by tram or even on foot, we also found it easy to get to other locations of interest (zoo, Divoka Sarka etc). There is a bakery, espresso bar and a gelato store nearby.
We were pleasantly surprised by good matresses, i.e. not too soft. Slept like babies.

Excellent experience staying in this hotel. Great hospitality. Friendly and accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Complimentary drinks upon our arrival as well as a bottle of wine in our room. Comfy bed, pillows, and clean room with a beautiful panoramic view of the city. Breakfast was fine. With live piano music at the bar, the pianist was top-notch, and the requested song was played. My daughter keeps on saying it so fancy here and cozy. "SANAOL". Great value for money. Highly recommend.

Fantastic small hotel with parking, short tram ride to the Old town. Spacious room, very modern and clean with the benefits of kitchen sink, amenities and microwave. Very helpful staff in reception, specially English speaking Veronica. We had very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended

The location was perfect for us, as it’s very close to my daughter’s university. The neighborhood is quiet, green, and peaceful. There’s a bus stop right next to the house, so getting around was super easy. The host was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful — he showed us everything we needed.
The house is enough new, clean, and very functional, with everything you might need. The kitchen is well equipped. There’s an amazing winter garden surrounded by greenery and also a lovely garden outside. The decoration is beautiful — it gives the house a cozy and slightly mystical atmosphere.
The floor heating kept the place perfectly warm, and it truly felt like staying at a close relative’s home. We were more than satisfied! Even when our kettle broke, the host immediately replaced it with a new one. Highly recommended!
