I want to give my honest feedback. It was my first booking experience, my first trip to Prague, so comparing it with anything else is difficult. However, it was a positive experience with pleasant memories.
Pros
Fantastic view overlooking the city from the top floor window.
Fresh, newly renovated apartment.
Lovely entrance and entryway, and elevator.
Best location for walking and for using trams.
Clean rooms, new appliances. I have read in other reviews that there are not enough utensils and it is cold in the rooms. I wonder if the owners are on time to respond to criticism or the guests are not attentive - but our room was hot enough. We even had to turn the heating down occasionally to feel comfortable. There were also enough utensils for everything, the only thing was that we couldn't find a chopping board. I also didn't notice if there were coffee capsules for the coffee machine since we don't drink coffee. But there were tablets for the dishwasher.

The apartment is very comfortable, it has a large sofa bed, so 3 people can easily stay there. Well-equipped kitchenette. The apartment has a washing machine, iron, hair dryer and a very good fan, which completely replaces air conditioning. On the other hand, the apartment has a very good location, a few steps to the tram stop of line 7 and 12 minutes to the Andel metro station. It is located near the metro station, also there are numerous restaurants, bars, shops nearby. Parking included in the price of the room - car exit by elevator.
