Reception staff were very helpful with an issue we had- resolved so quickly!
The location is fantastic, Malastrana is a great area. Room was absolutely comfortable and housekeepers were excellent. Breakfast offered wide variety and we always left satisfied.

As I long time worked in tourism industry I eagerly choose new places and hotels to see are they worth visiting and recommending. And this hotel surely are worth it!
Hotel is recently opened, so everything is nice and fresh, bathrooms quite big, toiletries available. Enough of clothes' racks that is a rare thing in most of hotels. Beds are comfy and spacious. Decent breakfast, good coffee. There is a kettle in room for tea/coffee too.
Hotel is located in close proximity to sights of the Old Town, everything is within walking distance and if needed, metro station "Mustek" is round the corner which is convenient if you will go to the airport by bus ( the same metro line that leads to Nadraži Veleslavin from where the bus to the airport goes). Nice neighbourhood.
Reception works 24/7, staff are friendly and professional. Hotel has 2 elevators each in different part of the hotel so you can chose the one that is closer to your room.

The hotel is perfectly located right at the foot of Charles Bridge, Prague Castle and the Old Town are within easy walking distance and the Charles Bridge tower is free to climb as a hotel guest. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet offers a good selection, we didn't miss anything. We especially liked that there was a little something from room service every day, such as chocolates or a small bottle of sparkling wine.
