Very good location, we wanted a street view and our wish was taken into account. A room on the street side can be really noisy in the summer and people smoke under the window (the rooms are on the second and probably third floors). But in the cooler season our room was perfect. The staff was very friendly and professional. They recommended the local restaurant Lokal next door to us. It was local, the food was delicious and cheap. (tip: there is a small stand in the corridor of Lokal where you have to write your name down and then you will be called when a table becomes available). You should definitely book a table for the evening. There is a wine bar under the hotel (one evening we bought a bottle of wine there and the glasses were also kindly allowed into the room). I definitely recommend this hotel and we will choose it ourselves on our next stay. And we also had a beautiful bathroom with a window.

Very nice and clean hotel, friendly staff. Great breakfast was included in the price. But the most important thing is the location - right near the Charles Bridge. You're right in the middle of everything, and at the same time the location is very quiet and private.

Our stay at the hotel was amazing. All the hotel staff were incredibly kind, polite, and friendly to us. We had some questions and changes on our part, and the staff instantly resolved them and were very pleasant to communicate with. The hotel staff also helped arrange parking nearby, and we are very grateful for that. Our room was clean and cozy. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, so we had a great night’s sleep and woke up in the morning to a beautiful view of the river. On our next visits to Prague, we will definitely stay there again. This is such a nice little place, it is a shame we can't give the staff an "11". They were very good indeed, anticipating our questions and even giving us a special breakfast package when we left very early on our departure date.
The girl who made the Capuccino deserves a special mention, my wife said it was the "best ever"... and we live in Italy! Dinner in the restaurant was good, breakfast was too (lots of choice), the room was comfortable, bed excellent, the location incredible.. I can't really fault the place, it certainly made our weekend even better.
