Amazing place to stay, great view, nice swimming pool, close to the sea. Tasty food, great and very kind people. Special thanks to Ivo who was always helpful and nice with us, Daniella who made greatest massage and of course Victoria from the restaurant, who was very professional and kind. Great staff make great reputation to the hotel.

We had a truly wonderful stay in Paralimni, Cyprus, and would highly recommend this property to anyone planning to explore the east coast of the island. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming — a reflection of the amazing hospitality we received. Location: The location is simply perfect for exploring all the beautiful spots nearby. It’s a short drive (about 15–20 minutes) to Ayia Napa’s famous beaches, 10 minutes to Protaras beaches, and only around 15 minutes to the stunning sea caves. The closest beach, Kapparis, is just a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive — very convenient. There's also a wide selection of restaurants, a supermarket, and a fantastic local bakery just 3 minutes away by car. We also loved the convenience of the on-site parking — lots of space and easy access. Cleanliness: The apartment was spotless when we arrived. We especially appreciated the included mid-week cleaning and towel change — such a nice touch. Additional cleaning is available for a fee, but honestly, the apartment was so well maintained that we never felt we needed more. Everything was fresh, tidy, and very well presented. Hospitality: The hospitality truly stood out and made this stay exceptional. The host is, without exaggeration, one of the kindest people we’ve ever met while traveling. They were always available for any questions or assistance, super easy to communicate with, and made us feel incredibly welcome from the start. They even prepared the bed for our friends who arrived later — free of charge — and kindly offered us a late check-out at no extra cost. On arrival, we were welcomed with a beautifully made bed adorned with towel swans, and a complimentary bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch. Every interaction with the host was warm, helpful, and genuine. We felt so well cared for during our entire stay. The Apartment: The apartment is located in a newer building and spans two levels.

There is a lot of nice stuff to say about this hotel. After staying there for a whole week, the first thing that comes to mind is that the people working there contribute a lot into making it a 5 star experience. Breakfast was plenty and with a lot of variety, all areas were cleaned and maintained well, all the staff was friendly and attentive, the prices and food offered by the hotel was of high standard. Something to note as well is that the view from the garden of the hotel is amazing. The closest beach is called Konnos and there is a nice trail to walk down to it. Staying near the swimming pool is also a pleasure , with very comfortable sea beds and grass area. Also you can order anything you need to be brought to you.

The hostel is run by a very sweet couple; it feels very homey. There are activities every day, and the guests are very outgoing. It's one of my best hostel stays ever.

Fabulous hotel .. just perfect

It was amazing holiday. It was mine and my partners mini moon. We had the most amazing time here. The room , the views the staff , the food , the drink , honestly it was just amazing. Also done something special for our honeymoon too. Just fanstastic
