Very nice accommodation, better than expected. Very spacious, fully equipped, spotlessly clean. The host is lovely and always answered the messages as soon as possible. Overall great value for money. We will be back when travelling back to Praia.

Very good location. Quiet and safe. Plenty of ATM's, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Just 10 minutes walk to Kebra Kanela beach. The apartment itself is spacious. It has everything you may need for a longer stay. I really liked the washing machine.

I found the hostel to be great value for money - a spacious and comfortable room, close to the beach and a short walk to the main town. Kaida was very hospitable, had great tips for my stay in Cabo Verde, and I'm only sad that I was just slightly too early to stay at the Fogo hostel!

The guesthouse was bright and cheerful the bed comfortable but customer service absolutely outstanding. They followed up when my plane came in late to ensure I had a taxi from the airport and arrived safely. Staff were also absolutely outstanding when I had to reschedule travel arrangements talking me through options and rebooking. They even cooked up a traditional remedy for a persistent cough I had…

The air conditioner was really good, everything very clean and well organised. Sonia was really nice with us.

Very well located, close to shops and main attractions. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a short stay, and the bed was very comfortable. The decor is vibrant and adds character to the place.

Enjoying dinner with a glorious sea view was one of the many treats the hotel offered. The ambiance was frequently enhanced by live music, turning the meal into a cultural celebration. We were thoroughly impressed by the talented lineup, including Zerui, Albertino, Manuel di Candinho, Humberto Ramos, and Rui di Betina, among others. ​ ​What truly sets Djeu View apart is its staff. Every member of the team—from the amazing bar, hotel, and kitchen staff—went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their commitment to service was evident, and their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcomed, like family. They genuinely went the extra mile to make our 10-day vacation perfect. ​Djeu View Hotel provided much more than just accommodation; it offered a beautiful, authentic, and high-quality Cape Verdean experience.
