William is American and his wife Nora is Colombian. They were both very friendly and made us feel at home. The location is perfect and very safe and only a 10 minute walk to some great restaurants in Laureles. William recommended one which we went to. Generally used an Uber to get around which was perfect.

The studio is clean and has all necessary equipment (laundry, tv, kitchen appliances). I also liked the area which was a bit quieter than the centre. Wished I could stay longer

This hotel was excellent value. Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows and lots of hot water and a fridge in the room. I had expected a continental breakfast but got a hot buffet, with a selection of cut fruit. Coffee is available day and night at the front desk.
The location is very quiet and safe but is quite far from the center. The staff don’t speak English, a bonus for me as I like to practise my Spanish, but may bother some people.
I have booked a room again for the end of my trip.

Staff very helpful and courteous. Hot water for the shower which is very rare in Colombia! Much appreciated. Location is safe and walking distance from the main street where you can find bar, restaurants, shops.
