Casa Quero was simply stunning and staying here was an absolute pleasure from start to finish!
The service from all the staff was fantastic, and Antonio who assisted us several times, was so professional, kind and helpful, he really was a pleasure to communicate with and he made our stay one of the best hotel experiences that we have ever had! The hotel itself is incredible, a piece of history, with impressive stone arches, a lush green courtyard, and a beautiful roof terrace with a pool and views over the rooftops of the old town. Our room was fabulous, incredibly spacious with wonderful high ceilings and beautifully furnished, with huge French windows leading onto terrace overlooking the streets of the Historic Town. Despite its very central location in the Historic core, the room itself was very quiet and the air-conditioning was extremely good. Overall the hotel was a haven of tranquility in the middle of this bustling & vibrant neighborhood, and staying here was a premium experience and one that we will not forget!

I liked everything about Sofitel Santa Clara. The staff, spa and pool area was so amazing. And Im a person who loves meat and the resturant Jardin at the hotel was so amazing.

Friendly and helpful staff. An amazing location location - I think it's in the prettiest part of the walled city, though everything (including Getsemani) is within a ten-minute walk, or so.
The entire facility is remarkably clean and the flowers are beautiful!
Our visit featured an excellent (with a diversity of offerings) breakfast and ridiculously friendly restaurant staff. Honestly, we preferred this breakfast (food and vibe) to our four-star hotel.

It’s such a welcoming and warm place and feels very secure. I had a bad experience at another hotel and quickly changed bookings and was so relieved to feel safe here as a woman alone. The location is good and it’s clean.
