It was a really pleasant stay in this hotel which is actually a big family house. Everything looks very nice, our room was really great and very well decorated. Whole house is beautiful and the best area is dinnig room, with big table where you can take breakfast with other guest and chat a bit... Really family atmosphere. We had opportunity to drink coffee with the owner one norning, such a charming and smart man. We have enjoyed his company. Staff is also very kind and polite. Really recommend this place.

The property was just as advertised. Very conveniently located and really comfortable and clean. We had a small issue with the bathroom and were able to communicate with the staff really fast and they sent someone who dealt with it in a matter of minutes! Very responsive and attentive!

The Cranky Croc is a well designed and comfortable hostel. There are great shared spaces, such as the bar/restaurant, lounge area, table tennis, kitchen etc. and the staff are super friendly and helpful (and speak good English). My room was really comfortable, big, clean etc. and the WiFi was consistent and fast. Laundry was quick and efficient. It's a great place to meet people and there are loads of options for tours and other activities that you can arrange from reception. It has everything you need from a hostel.

The staff of the Orchids were great, welcoming and low key in a nice way. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and it had genuine charm. The location was bustling but the rooms were also very quiet.

Everything was perfect, however it was difficult to figure out where the entrance to the property was. I waited hours out front trying to figure out the entrance instructions. FInally a resident assisted me and once I had a whatapp contact, it was easy. I will return in about 30 days and it will be seamless

The flat was spacious, with a well equipped kitchen, a nice ensuite shower room with a large living/ kitchen space and an extra toilets. It was very comfortable. The location was just few streets from the centre. The building has a guarded underground parking which was ideal for our motorbikes. It was very secure. There is a supermarket just round the corner that sells all you need, and a bit further a great bakery. Staff very friendly. There is a 24/7 reception so it is ok if you arrive late, and security. The roof terrace has great views of Bogota.
